Dynamic thermal simulation (DTS) is the industry-standard tool for predicting a building’s energy performance before construction begins. Using architectural plans, building envelope data and system assumptions, our engineers model hourly energy consumption, indoor temperatures and heat flows. These simulations verify compliance with RE2020 regulations, compare multiple technical scenarios and support informed design decisions before changes become costly.

For existing buildings, we carry out regulatory energy audits to provide a detailed assessment of energy consumption, identify energy-saving opportunities and prioritize renovation works based on their return on investment. Each audit is delivered as a comprehensive report including quantified scenarios, prioritized recommendations and all supporting documentation required for funding applications, including Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), MaPrimeRénov’ Copropriétés and ADEME grants.
