Environmentally Friendly Energy
The integration of environmentally friendly energy sources.
The residential and commercial building sector is the second-largest source of CO₂ emissions in France, accounting for 25% of the country’s total emissions.
Today, buildings account for nearly 44% of France’s total energy consumption, representing an energy bill estimated at €30.36 billion (+11% compared with the previous year). Improving the energy efficiency of buildings is therefore a major challenge.
Together with its partners, Euroelec-Smart Energy is actively involved in the design and delivery of smart, sustainable buildings. We are committed to helping you achieve low-energy buildings or Positive Energy Buildings (BEPOS), combining performance, sustainability, and long-term value.
We pursue three key objectives in the development of smart and sustainable buildings:
The integration of environmentally friendly energy sources.
Enhancing active energy efficiency by optimizing energy consumption.
Building the smart and sustainable buildings of tomorrow.
Active energy efficiency aims to optimize a building’s energy consumption by eliminating waste through automated energy management and control based on actual usage. This approach can be implemented across the entire building or tailored to specific applications and zones.
Intelligent Control Systems
Design and deployment of supervision and automation systems that enable intelligent control of technical building systems, optimize operational performance, and reduce energy consumption.
Heat Pump
Installation and integration of high-performance heat pumps for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production. Sustainable solutions that improve energy efficiency while enhancing occupant comfort.
Geothermy
Implementation of geothermal solutions that harness the earth’s natural energy to provide efficient heating and cooling for buildings, delivering outstanding energy performance.
Ventilation and Earth Tube Systems
Design and installation of high-performance ventilation systems combined with earth tube systems to improve indoor air quality while reducing the building’s energy demand.
Home Automation
Integration of connected solutions that centralize and automate the control of lighting, shutters, heating, security systems, and other building equipment to deliver greater comfort, convenience, and energy efficiency.
Power Factor Correction
Installation of reactive power compensation systems to improve the power factor, reduce electrical losses, and optimize the performance of electrical installations.
Relamping
Modernization of lighting installations by replacing existing light sources with high-performance technologies, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
