Projet

Renovation of a private villa featuring a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, rooftop bar, jacuzzi, waterfall and private cinema.

The installation includes VRV heat pump systems, video surveillance, access control, LED lighting synchronized with the audio system, and a fully integrated KNX building automation system for control and management.

Missions

Design, Coordination and Project Development from Preliminary Design (AVP) to Project Completion (AOR):

• Thermal studies in accordance with Spanish regulations and dynamic thermal simulations using Pleiades software
• Design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems
• Sizing of HVAC and plumbing networks
• High-voltage and low-voltage electrical engineering studies
• Building automation engineering, including multimedia systems integration

BIM – MEP Model Development:

• Import of architectural IFC models into Revit 2019
• Development of the MEP model in Revit 2019 for electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
• Export of MEP models in IFC format for architectural coordination
• Coordination and clash detection of technical disciplines using Revit and BIMcollab
