Fit-Out of a Six-Screen Cinema Complex

Interior fit-out of a six-screen cinema complex within a shell-and-core building delivered under a VEFA (off-plan development) scheme in Bobigny (Greater Paris).

Missions

High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Electrical Systems:

• Design and sizing of a 630 kVA medium-voltage substation
• 100 kVA isolation transformer for audiovisual equipment
• Design and calculation of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical networks, including the Fire Safety System (SSI)
• Architectural lighting design throughout the project, including three cinema auditoriums
• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) network for the lobby and reception area

Fire Safety Systems Coordination:

• Category L public building with Category N occupancy, 2nd category

Lifts and Escalators:

Design and sizing of:

• Two passenger lifts with capacities of 630 kg and 1,600 kg
• Two escalators with rises of 2.8 m and 4.2 m
