Construction of Three Public Buildings

Projet

The project involves the construction of three public buildings for the municipality of Ensuès-la-Redonne.

The buildings will accommodate the Social Services Department, the Technical Services Department, and the Fire Committee.

Missions

Our scope of services includes:

Heating, Ventilation & Plumbing:

• Sizing of the central heating system using an air-to-water heat pump
• Sizing of the double-flow ventilation system with independent air handling units (AHUs)
• Sizing of heating, ventilation and plumbing networks

RE2020 Thermal Performance & Life Cycle Assessment (LCA):

• Thermal studies and recommendations to ensure compliance with RE2020 requirements
• Collection of project data and calculation of the project’s Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Electrical Systems:

• Main power supply
• Dedicated power supplies
• Electrical distribution throughout the buildings
• Video surveillance, access control and security systems

Photovoltaic Systems:

• Study and sizing of photovoltaic installations with self-consumption
