Projet

The Les Sentes residential renovation project in Les Lilas covers a total of 993 apartment units.

The project includes the refurbishment of the heating distribution system, replacement of windows and exterior joinery, electrical system upgrades to current standards, and improvements to circulation area safety.

The works are carried out in occupied buildings, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption for residents and ensure the continuous use of the buildings throughout the construction period.

Missions

Euroelec Smart Energy is responsible for the technical studies related to the project’s thermal renovation, HVAC, plumbing, high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
