
Rehabilitation of the Reservoir Linings, Pavilions and Parapet Walkways at the Montsouris Reservoir
Projet
The project involves the rehabilitation of the aqueduct inlet basins and the three pavilions of the Montsouris Water Reservoir. It aims to improve safe access to the inlet basins and reservoir compartments while upgrading the ventilation system.
The works are also intended to preserve the long-term integrity of the structure and protect the architectural heritage of this listed historic site. All technical solutions are therefore designed to integrate seamlessly with the architectural character of the surrounding area.
Missions
HVAC:
- Humidity control strategy for the pavilions, involving several technical solutions ranging from natural ventilation to industrial dehumidification. Ventilation system upgrade, including the sizing of industrial dehumidifiers and wall-mounted exhaust fans.
- Design and sizing of the HVAC systems for the pavilions to ensure thermal comfort, indoor air quality and optimized energy performance.
Plumbing:
- Design and sizing of the drainage system for condensate discharge from the future dehumidifiers.
High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Electrical Systems:
- Power supply for electrical equipment
- Hatch opening detection system
- Creation of new electrical feeders and distribution panels to supply the pavilions
- Installation of BAPI emergency evacuation indicators
