Renovation of the CADIOT Building at the National Veterinary School of Alfort (EnvA)
Projet
The renovation project involves the complete redesign of the ground-floor reception area to achieve several objectives:
- Improve circulation and visitor flow
- Provide separate waiting areas for dogs and cats
To ensure the continuous operation of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (CHU), all works will be carried out in occupied premises.
Missions
Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC):
- Removal and/or relocation of existing hot water radiators
- Replacement of ventilation air terminals
- Installation of additional cassette air conditioning units
High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Electrical Systems:
- Design of the new indoor lighting system
- Modification of the internal electrical distribution to accommodate the new layout
- Replacement of all interior electrical devices and fittings
- Intrusion detection, access control, intercom and video surveillance systems
- Fire Safety System (SSI) compliance upgrade
