PROJECT
The rehabilitation of the 993 units of the Sentes des Lilas, including:
-Renovation of heating distribution
-Carpentry renovation
-Electrical upgrading
-Traffic safety
The rehabilitation work will be carried out on an occupied site.
MISSION
Audit:
Visit and diagnosis of housing and traffic with ARCHIPAD software
Report with initial comments
Thermal studies and simulations:
-Study of losses and thermal requirements
-Sizing and selection of insulation
-Replacement of joinery
Heating, Ventilation:
-Study of distribution and control systems
-Dimensioning of single flow ventilation system
Strong and Low Current Electricity:
-Relamping LED
-Upgrading to electrical standards:
-Common tables
-Housing tables
-Safety/Evacuation Upgrade
